Subscription plans management

This page in the Merchant Portal allows you to manage your subscription plans. In the section titled Subscription plans you can view a list of all the subscription plans you have created for your store.

The table displays the following columns for each plan:

  • Plan title: The name of the subscription plan (e.g., "Subscribe & Save").
  • Products: The products included in the plan (e.g., "Premium Protein Powder").
  • Delivery frequency: The available delivery intervals for the subscription (e.g., "3 delivery frequencies").
  • Pricing: The discount or pricing structure offered to subscribers (e.g., "5-15% off").

You can use the filter dropdown at the top left to view plans by different criteria, and the button at the top right (labeled "Plan") allows you to add a new subscription plan. Each row in the table provides a quick overview of the plan details, making it easy to manage and update your offerings.

Per-plan feature settings​

When editing a selling plan, the Per-plan feature settings card lets you override global Subscription Features for subscriptions using this specific plan. This is useful when different plans have different customer self-service requirements.

For example, you might allow skipping on a monthly plan but disable it on a weekly premium plan, or set a longer billing cycle edit lock for plans with custom products.

To add an override:

  1. Open the selling plan
  2. Click Add override in the Per-plan feature settings card
  3. Select the setting to override and set the desired value
  4. Save the plan
